1. About These Terms

These terms apply to the Unbeaten Party Rentals website at unbeatenpartyrentals.com and our optional SMS program. Unbeaten Party Rentals is located at 319 Caiden Lane, Morton, Mississippi 39117. We provide party equipment rentals, including bounce houses, inflatables, tables, and chairs.

Using our website does not enroll you in text messaging. SMS participation requires the separate, voluntary consent described below.

2. Website Use & Rental Information

You may use this website to learn about our services, browse rental equipment, and contact us. Please provide accurate information when you contact us or request a rental, and do not misuse the website or interfere with its operation.

Rental availability, pricing, delivery details, and the terms for a particular reservation are confirmed during the booking process. A website inquiry or chat message alone does not confirm a reservation. Any rental agreement or booking terms provided for your reservation apply to that rental. 3. Unbeaten Party Rentals SMS Program

Our SMS program sends marketing and promotional text messages from Unbeaten Party Rentals. Messages may include special offers, discounts, rental promotions, and service announcements related to our party rental business. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Enrollment is optional. To sign up, provide your phone number in the chat widget on our website and actively select its SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not selected in advance. You may leave it unchecked. Entering a phone number, making an inquiry, accepting website terms, or renting from us does not by itself authorize marketing texts.

Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase or rental. You can contact us and use our services without enrolling in the SMS program.

4. Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on our promotions and your interactions with the program. Message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from us and send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging or data plan.

5. How to Stop Messages or Rejoin

To cancel SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from Unbeaten Party Rentals. We will send a confirmation of your opt-out, after which you will receive no further SMS messages from the program unless you choose to enroll again.

To rejoin, return to the website chat widget and complete the same voluntary SMS enrollment process again. A new inquiry or rental alone does not restart your SMS subscription. Opting out does not affect your ability to contact us or rent equipment.

7. Message Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on your wireless provider, network coverage, and device availability.

8. Privacy & SMS Consent Records

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Its SMS privacy section describes our protections for mobile information and SMS consent.

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional activities. Providers that support messaging and customer service may process information only as necessary to serve us. SMS opt-in and consent records are excluded from other sharing arrangements and are not provided for another party's own use.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms and will identify the current version by the date at the top of this page. An update to these terms does not enroll you in SMS or expand the consent you previously provided.
